Is everything made to order?
Yes. Full-size coffins ship in 1–2 weeks, compact coffins in 2–3 weeks. Each product page shows its own time.

Can I order something custom?
Often. Email us with what you want (color, size, a name on the lid) and we'll confirm what's possible and the price before we start.

What's The Reanimation Club?
A seasonal wax-refill subscription for our skull candles, sold only on this site. Each refill plug is made to fit the vessel code on your candle. Coming soon.

How do I burn the skull candles safely?
Treat them like any candle: never leave one burning unattended, keep away from kids, pets and drafts, and burn on a heat-resistant surface. Remove the wood lid before lighting.

Does the coffin work with any liquid?
Thin, room-temperature liquids in a closed bottle work best. Not every mix will swirl. It's a decorative indoor display: not a toy, not a lab instrument, not food-safe. Keep electronics dry and stir bars away from kids and pets (choking hazard). The magnet may affect implanted medical devices.

Returns?
Custom pieces can't be returned for change of mind. If yours arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll repair, replace or refund it. Cancel within 24 hours, before we start making it.

US only for now. Free shipping on the coffin; other items show shipping at checkout.
