PrintReady is a digital service from Frankenstein's Fab Lab. Nothing ships. You get files.

Choose your package

• File Repair + Slicing ($19): you send an STL/OBJ/3MF that won't print. We repair holes and non-manifold edges, fix scale and orientation, and slice it for your printer. One model.
• Photo → Printable Model ($39): you send 3–6 photos or a sketch of a simple object or figurine. We build a printable model, clean it up, and slice it for your printer.
• Complex / Multi-Part + 1 Revision ($79): detailed or multi-color pieces, or props too big for one plate. Split into up to 6 keyed parts, test-ready slicing (AMS colors if you have them), a preview, and 1 revision round.

What you get

• A clean, watertight STL
• A sliced Bambu Studio / OrcaSlicer 3MF, or G-code for your printer model
• A short print sheet: filament, layer height, supports, estimated time and grams

How it works

1. Check out (no shipping is charged).
2. Reply to your order confirmation email with your photos or file, the size you want, your printer model and your filament. See the checklist below.
3. We build, repair and slice it. Turnaround is 3–5 business days (plus 2 for a revision on the $79 package).
4. We email you a download link. If our file won't slice, we fix it free.

What to send

• Photos: 3–6 for simple pieces, 4–8 for complex ones. Front, both sides, back and top, in good light on a plain background, with a ruler or coin in one shot for scale.
• Target size (mm or inches)
• Printer make and model (for example Bambu Lab P1S, A1 mini, Prusa MK4, Ender 3 V3) and nozzle size if it isn't 0.4 mm
• Filament (PLA, PETG...) and colors or AMS

The honest limits

• It's a 3D-printable model based on your photos. It's an interpretation, not an exact copy or a likeness guarantee.
• It's for decorative and hobby prints only. It's not for structural, load-bearing, safety, medical, automotive or food-contact parts.
• You own your photos, files and ideas. Send only what you have the right to use. We don't recreate copyrighted characters, brand logos or trademarked designs, and we don't remove creator credits or watermarks.
• You print it yourself. We can't control printer tuning or filament. If the file is at fault, we fix it free.

AI disclosure

We use AI image-to-3D tools for first drafts and automated mesh repair. Then we check and slice every file by hand before it goes to you.

Refunds

Custom digital work can't be returned. If we can't produce a usable file from what you send, we refund you in full. Your files are used only for your order and deleted 30 days after delivery.
